Family Violence Case Manager Position

This is a full-time role within our Family Violence team, providing case management support to individuals and families impacted by family and domestic violence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining effective relationships with clients to encourage self-determination and participation
* Providing case management support in accordance with TSA FV Model of Care and Case Management model
* Ongoing risk assessment and safety planning
* Delivering case management to address individual needs and circumstances from initial intake to exit
* Developing individual case plans in collaboration with clients and incorporating a range of interventions addressing client needs or goals

Requirements:

* Tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field
* Experience working in the family violence sector desirable
* Specialist family violence and/or child wellbeing work experience highly desirable
* Demonstrated case management experience and skills
* Highly developed time management and work prioritisation skills, with ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision required
* Advanced computer skills including experience in data and record management
