About the Client
Our Client is a well-established leader within the automotive industry, servicing customers across both the Sunshine Coast. They deliver high-quality mechanical services with a focus on professionalism, customer satisfaction and trusted long-term relationships. Their team is dedicated to safety, efficiency, and transparent communication.
What you will be doing
As a Mobile Mechanic you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Perform service, repair and diagnostic work on customer vehicles
* Work autonomously with limited supervision
* Ensure all work is required to maintain vehicle safety and performance
* Conduct detailed inspections and identify additional repairs
* Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
* Prepare quotes, invoices and collect payment upon job completion
* Document all approvals and follow company payment procedures
* Maintain the company van in a clean and roadworthy condition
* Promote positive working relationships and uphold company values
* May be required to mentor an Apprentice Mechanic
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
* Valid Trade Qualification/Certification and current Driver's Licence
* Brand experience with Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia or Mitsubishi (advantageous)
* Ability to follow WHS procedures
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Honest, reliable attitude with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure
