They work across a variety of typologies, scales, and settings from coastal and hinterland sites to inner city and suburban projects across Queensland and NSW. Description Key responsibilities will include: Writing scopes of works Negotiating and letting sub-contracts Monthly cost reporting Administering variations Financial forecasting and cashflow management Profile Selection Selection criteria will include: Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $130-160k super Opportunity to work on prestige, architecturally innovative projects day in day out Stable team and financially strong business Modern office on the west side of Brisbane with on site parking
