Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a national business development strategy across Hotels, Pubs, Clubs, Restaurants and related hospitality sectors
* Identify, pursue and secure new tender opportunities and negotiated projects
* Leverage existing industry relationships while actively building new long term client partnerships
* Work closely with the Directors to shape growth strategy and market positioning
* Lead client meetings, presentations and capability submissions
* Support tender strategy, bid positioning and early contractor involvement opportunities
* Maintain and grow a structured pipeline of opportunities nationally
* Represent the business at industry events, networking functions and key stakeholder engagements
* Drive repeat business and strategic account management initiatives
Role Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Development role within construction, fit out or refurbishment sectors
* Proven track record of winning work within Hospitality or closely related sectors
* Established network of clients, consultants or operators within Hotels, Pubs, Clubs or Restaurants highly advantageous
* Commercial acumen with strong understanding of construction delivery models
* Highly motivated, energetic and genuinely passionate about the hospitality construction industry
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation capability
* Self-driven, autonomous and comfortable operating in a hybrid, trust-based environment
* Ability to build authentic, long-term relationships aligned with a family-oriented culture
