Along with your excellent communication skills, you’ll need to have a genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality coupled with the ability to work in a team-based environment. You also need to be comfortable with basic technology as you’ll be checking-in guests with iPads, scanning their travel documents and verifying their vaccination status - all with a smile on your face while letting them know they’re about to embark on the holiday of a lifetime! Your responsibilities include: Ability to work with minimal direction, proactively engaging and interacting with Guests to answer questions, give directions and other information. Perform efficient automated check-in functions on tablets and/or laptops as well as maintaining high level of attention to detail. Ability to continuously walk and stand to direct guests for extended periods of time. Ability to confidently speak in front of large groups and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to fully commit to an extensive training program and upon completion, a work schedule will be assigned.
