We're looking for an experienced Adviser – People & Development, to support meaningful people initiatives and deliver practical, impactful and effective solutions across the organisation.

This is a great opportunity for a human resources professional who enjoys variety—working closely with leaders, providing trusted advice, and contributing to a range of People & Development priorities.

About the role

In this advisory role, you'll support the delivery key organisational and business unit people initiatives while providing quality guidance on day‐to‐day and project-based People & Development matters. You'll work with leaders and teams to turn strategy into real outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

* Supporting the delivery of people initiatives aligned with organisational priorities
* Collaborate with business unit leaders to co‐design and implement tailored people solutions
* Monitoring and evaluating People & Development programs to support continuous improvement
* Contributing to policy development and workforce planning activities
* Working flexibly across partnering and specialist teams as priorities evolve

About you

You're a capable and confident HR professional who builds rapport easily, provides practical advice, and enjoys working through people‐related challenges.

You'll bring

* A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
* Experience in Human Resources, ideally with exposure to business partnering or a specialist area (e.g. leadership, remuneration, talent, OD or ER)
* Experience in managing HR related projects and initiatives.
* Experience working in a heavy industry environment (desirable)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and support complex workstreams
* Strong relationship‐building skills and a collaborative approach

* Ability to analyse and simplify complex information
