About the Role
This is a unique role for someone who thrives on forging relationships, finding untapped potential, and turning land into real opportunities. Your focus will be on securing exclusive subdivisions and land partnerships across South East Queensland — everything from boutique 5 lot projects to larger 150 lot communities.
You’ll be working directly with small to medium land developers, helping guide them to market, providing insights and support throughout the development process, and creating win-win deals that benefit both parties. Your goal is to bring these projects exclusively into the Avia Homes group of companies, then work with our internal sales and marketing teams to create and roll out a tailored go-to-market strategy across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Secure exclusive partnerships with land developers (5 to 150 lot subdivisions)
* Research and identify new growth corridors and opportunities across SEQ
* Build strong relationships with developers, offering guidance on project feasibility, council requirements, and development pathways
* Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies for each project
* Provide market insights and education to help developers get to market with confidence
* Represent Avia Homes with integrity, professionalism, and a deep understanding of land development
* Help shape the future of our land acquisitions division, including bringing larger sites under our own umbrella
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in land acquisition, development, or project marketing
* A strong network of developer relationships across SEQ
* Solid understanding of council processes, planning approvals, and subdivision development
* The ability to educate and build trust with landowners and developers
* A current real estate or property-related license
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
* Excellent time management and communication skills
