About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Change Manager who's comfortable working in a fast-moving, operational environment with recent changes, including a Dynamics implementation, and we need someone who can step in, steady the ship, and help people adapt.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and deliver change management activities across several operational projects (including post-Dynamics implementation changes).
* Work closely with frontline teams, supervisors, and blue-collar workforce to explain what's changing and why.
* Develop comms, training, and engagement activities that work for non-technical audiences.
About You
* You're a pragmatic, easy-going Change Manager who gets things done.
* Strong experience driving change in operational, blue-collar, or industrial environments.
* Experience supporting system or ERP-related change (Dynamics experience ideal but not essential).
