Home Modifications and Maintenance Coordinator

The Home Modifications & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of home modifications and maintenance services to CBS clients, ensuring a high standard of quality care and continuous improvement is delivered in line with CBS' regulatory obligations.
Core Responsibilities
* Receive referrals for home maintenance, adjustment and modifications works
* Ensure the referral and Occupational Therapist's scope of work aligns with service funding guidelines
* Liaise with the Senior Technician to identify what work will be delivered by internal tradespeople and/or contractors, allocating work accordingly
* Allocate approved work orders to the Administration & Scheduling officer for scheduling
* Liaise with clients to work through the process of works to be undertaken and their associated client contribution
* Prepare consolidated quotes for client's acceptance
* Ensure works are completed to time and budget using suitably qualified contractors
* Ensure data entry and collection activities are completed in an accurate, timely manner to enable efficient billing approval and reporting
* Work with clients and stakeholders to identify and resolve concerns and complaints
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders
* Lead through the CBS values with a focus on staff and client health, safety and wellbeing, to promote a culture

What you bring:
* Relevant qualifications or practical work experience in business administration
* Strong customer service and stakeholder management
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience in quoting, invoicing and using electronic systems
* Knowledge of the building and construction environment would be an advantage
* Maintain a Working with Vulnerable People Registration, including NDIS Endorsement
* Maintain a National Police Check satisfactory to the requirements of the role
