About The Role
As a Hybrid Sales Representative (Pharmaceutical Sales), you will:
Promote leading respiratory and immunology medicines to healthcare professionals across Albury and surrounding regional areas.
Build strong relationships with General Practitioners, Specialists, Retail Pharmacies, and allied healthcare staff.
Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales and call execution goals.
Drive patient-centric outcomes through education, influence, and collaboration.
This is a full-time, permanent role in our field sales team, offering a rewarding career path with a global leader in biopharmaceuticals.
Essential For The Role
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven professional with:
Previous pharmaceutical sales experience and a proven track record of success.
Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
A genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for making a difference.
Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Self-motivation, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Confidence in using digital tools, CRM systems, and multi-channel engagement strategies.
Completion of Medicines Australia accreditation.
