The Role of a Business Analyst
Job Description
A senior Business Analyst is required to support initiatives by working collaboratively with business representatives and project teams to identify and document improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and analysis. They will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Elicit and document business requirements using industry-standard practices and tools.
* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop business cases and recommendations for process changes.
* Collaborate with project teams to design and implement solutions.
* Ensure all business artefacts have full traceability to Project Scope and assist solution architects in ensuring that the solution designs align with business requirements.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrated previous experience in requirements elicitation (3+ years).
* Demonstrated previous experience in business process modeling and analysis (3+ years).
* Experience working closely with technology teams using both agile and Prince2 methodologies.
* Demonstrated expertise in establishing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
