This role offers responsibility for your own section and support to ensure success, engaging with customers empathetically and collaboratively, leaving them empowered. Whether it's their first moisturiser, luxurious masks, fake tan, fragrance, or colour matching, your work has a positive impact. It's ideal for experienced retail Beauty Advisors seeking creative customer engagement opportunities.
You will: Engage with clients to understand their needs for the best purchase outcomes. Manage sales, loyalty, and special events, reporting to the Pharmacy Manager. Upsell and cross-sell across our brands and products. Undertake brand and support training. Execute promotions, events, and displays per brand standards. Share your passion for products and fragrances. Wear strategic brands and products during special offers or promotions.
