Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organise and maintain the reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Uphold the organisation's values and contribute to a positive culture.
- Provide support to the broader secretarial and business support team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A commitment to promoting and supporting community health.
- Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
- No reception experience required
