About the role
Manager with broad industrial process experience based in the Kwinana industrial area. This full‐time role will initially be responsible for production capacity growth and industrial process improvement and progress to broader financial management and international marketing responsibilities with a review of salary at that time.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
What we're looking for
Significant experience in a professional (15+ years) and management role (8+ years), preferably within the mining, processing or manufacturing industry.
Strong focus on strategy, continuous improvement and cost control.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strongly self‐motivated with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Tertiary qualification in metallurgy or engineering.
WorkSafe mines statutory certificate and relevant experience.
