As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will foster a high-performance team culture and manage resources to meet deadlines under pressure. You will apply big-picture thinking across brand, place, and program marketing to drive innovation. Building and influencing relationships with teams, stakeholders, and partner agencies will be key to your success. Your high-level creative and analytical skills will be essential for solving problems and contextualising insights. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for brand and place-led marketing strategies while ensuring budget, compliance, and risk management within the marketing portfolio.
We are looking for someone with highly developed leadership skills and experience in creating and managing high-performance teams. You should have the resilience to support and nurture a team in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrated expertise in consulting and building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial, along with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential issues with integrity. Your professional and technical skills should include a proven track record in delivering effective, evidence-based brand and marketing campaigns. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple portfolios and set priorities, are essential. Eligibility/Other Requirements:
* Qualifications in marketing, business support, or a related discipline, and/or substantial experience in commercial real estate or government marketing, are highly desirable.
* You should have a minimum of eight years of experience in strategic marketing campaign delivery with experience in the property sector and government.
* A Driver Licence Class C is required.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of up to 12 months with the possibility of permanency.
This position requires occasional after-hours and weekend work.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months
