Role Description
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Estate Planning lawyer, who is looking to broaden their experience, and work closer to home in our offices in Mornington on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
We're looking for a talented, driven and experienced lawyer to join our Wills & Estate Planning team, who will help grow and develop this part of our practice.
This exciting role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the drafting of wills, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents, estate litigation including family provision and related litigation.
About you
The successful candidate will:
* hold a current Australian Practicing Certificate
* experience using Smokeball Legal Software desirable but not necessary
* have good communication skills and be able to explain to clients' complex legal language clearly
* work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
* pay attention to detail and have exceptional time management skills
* have well-developed and effective business development skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
Remuneration
A salary package plus superannuation will be negotiated with the successful applicant commensurate with the market, their demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience.
