The role of Senior Functional Analyst will see you working closely with the recruitment, HR and L&D functions to analyse, design and implement solutions that support our talent acquisition and talent management needs. You will be instrumental in ensuring our HR systems and processes are efficient, effective, compliant and aligned with business needs, with regular engagement with the vendor (Avature) and IT.

Key Responsibilities:
* Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders, translate requirements into functional specifications, conduct gap analysis between current and future states, recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
* Regular and ongoing vendor engagement with Avature to explore assumptions, solutions and constraints.
* Implement improvements to system including data sets, workflows, reports and portals.
* Testing and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet business needs before go-live.
* Post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, recording feedback, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Create and maintain training materials and delivering user training to internal stakeholders to drive adoption.
* Maintain system configuration including data sets, workflows and reports.
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience working with Avature highly desired.
* Demonstrable experience working in process standardisation, optimisation and automation.
* Experience working with Recruitment, HR and people data at a large organisation.
* Experience working with SaaS vendors, especially ATS, CRM and BI software.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills and an ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
