Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for driving Lenovo's in-store presence, sales, and brand engagement across key consumer retailers in Western Australia & South Australia.
Your primary objective will be to manage and support Lenovo's brand and sales objectives within assigned territory/accounts. This includes conducting regular in-store field visits to strengthen long-term relationships with key retail stakeholders, acting as the primary Lenovo representative to retail teams in your territory, and delivering ongoing product training and updates to retail sales representatives.
You will also be responsible for proactively monitoring and managing retail inventory levels and stock health, ensuring visual merchandising standards and promotional displays align with Lenovo's brand guidelines, and coordinating with internal and external merchandising teams to maintain optimal store execution.
Additionally, you will support and activate Lenovo's presence at local retail trade events and in-store activations, collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and product launches, and maintain accurate reporting and timely completion of required administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in Store Rep / Field Team / Promoter / State Rep, preferably in consumer electronics or technology
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage retail teams
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently in a field-based role
* A high level of initiative and results-driven mindset
