About the Role
* This position involves leading small teams of staff members in the delivery of programs that support the educational needs of students who are disengaged from mainstream education systems. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to build effective relationships with students, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders.
* The Lead Teacher will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within their assigned campus program ensuring smooth transitions between classes/program sessions while maintaining focus on student learning outcomes.
The Lead Teacher plays a key role in empowering students by helping them identify their strengths and areas for improvement through regular assessments feedback mechanisms - thus creating pathways toward empowerment self-recovery!
