Inventory Management Lead
The Inventory Management Lead oversees daily inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records. This role involves developing and implementing inventory control procedures, supervising staff, and collaborating with other departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
Duties:
* Supervise and guide inventory control team members
* Ensure accurate recording of all inventory transactions
* Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations
* Develop and enforce inventory control policies
* Generate and analyse inventory reports
* Collaborate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams
* Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged or misplaced inventory
* Maintain inventory management systems
Requirements:
* Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments
