This is your opportunity to shape the future of how risk, governance and transformation come to life in Technology. You’ll lead the strategic uplift of our Business Control & Monitoring (BCM) function—driving digitisation, automation and simplification at scale. You’ll design and embed codified control frameworks, automated testing mechanism, and real-time dashboards that transform how technology risk and compliance are managed across platforms. From policy-as-code to AI-enabled assurance, this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of proactive risk management. You’ll also steer critical programs like Privacy Risk, CPS230 and Records Management, ensuring they’re not just delivered—but embedded with lasting impact. Based in Sydney, this full-time role is built for a bold thinker ready to lead from the front. What do I need? We’re after a strategic operator with the vision and influence to lead change across a complex landscape. You’ll bring: Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation and remediation programs. Experience designing automated control frameworks, including testing automation, codified control libraries, and integration into delivery pipelines. Deep understanding of risk, control assurance, and compliance / control architecture in complex tech environments. Experience embedding GRC into operational systems and value streams. Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Why join us?
