CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST – CLUB MARINE – ADELAIDE, SA

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist on a full‐time basis for our Adelaide office. The initial training for the role will be conducted full time for two weeks. After this, you will work in a hybrid arrangement: two days in the office and three days from home.
About the role
* Based in our Adelaide office with shift options between 8 am and 8 pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday, with optional flexibility to work on Saturday & Sunday between 8 am and 5 pm (AEST).
* Minimum of two workdays in the Adelaide office per week.
* Key customer‐facing role handling incoming customer calls.
* High‐pressure environment requiring excellent multi‐tasking skills.
* Training, support and tools of trade will be provided.
