The Operations Manager - Specialists Clinics will be a valued member of the organisation, providing leadership and governance over the Tier 2 Specialist Clinics within AWH. This role is responsible for the efficient and effective management of operational actions within a defined scope of services. The role requires competency in supporting strategic planning and operationalising strategic plans.
Requirements
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* High-level operational and management experience within a healthcare setting, with a proven ability to think strategically and translate objectives into tangible outcomes.
* Demonstrated experience working with the Victorian Integrated Non-Admitted Health Minimum Dataset and related data reporting requirements for specialist clinics.
* High-level understanding of the National Weighted Activity Unit (NWAU) and Activity-Based Funding models for specialist clinics in Victoria.
* Knowledge of the Commonwealth Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS), including its role and legislative application in the public health service.
