About the Position
Advance your career as a Project Lead by joining one of Australia's most respected Architectural studios experiencing sustained growth. Step into a Project Lead, Project Architect or Senior Architect role where you'll guide and inspire a talented team through the day-to-day delivery of complex projects. Reporting directly to the Associate, you will take ownership of large-scale multi-residential and mixed-use developments, leading projects from concept design through to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will shape both the design and delivery outcomes.
Duties
* Manage a diverse portfolio of mid to high-rise residential and mixed-use projects
* Lead the production of DA and CC documentation packages
* Support the associate in ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery across all phases
* Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and other stakeholders
Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration preferred
* Demonstrates experience managing Class 2 projects preferably across all stages
* Strong competency in Revit
* Excellent understanding of BCA and ADG
