A capacity to inspire secondary age studentsAn excellent understanding of the NESA English curriculumDemonstrated knowledge of recent developments in the theory/practice of senior secondary pedagogy and specifically how this applies to current English coursesOutstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to work as part of a dynamic English teamConfidence using technology and willingness to embrace it to enhance learningCommitment to the School's Christian framework, values and ethosA detailed position description is attached - top RHS of advertisement.
