Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Operations Manager.
This is a leadership role accountable for managing a team of network engineers, technicians, and support staff to deliver operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies for implementing operational efficiencies by reviewing work flows, procedures, and performance.
They will also execute customer operations policies and procedures, build and maintain positive relationships with customers, sub-contractors, and vendors.
In addition, they will lead process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
