A bit about your role

A fantastic opportunity at nbn in Australian Capital Territory for a Land Access and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor reporting to the Capability & Performance Manager - LASE (Land Access & Stakeholder Engagement).

The Land Access and Stakeholder Engagement (LASE) Advisor, provides specialist technical support and advice to stakeholders within the ACT jurisdiction. The role involves engaging with government authorities, utilities, corporate building owners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective land access and stakeholder engagement activities.

Responsibilities include resolving enquiries and complaints, fostering collaborative relationships, supporting the implementation of stakeholder strategies, and educating stakeholders about civil works disruptions. The advisor also plays a governance role with nbn Delivery Partners and internal customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

A bit about you

This role primarily supports Delivery Partners (DPs) in managing physical land access, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory frameworks. It involves end-to-end management, including governance and compliance. In the ACT, the role works closely with DPs on escalated access issues, takes a lead role with ACT stakeholders impacted by build activities, and focuses on quality review and uplifting DPs' capabilities.

The role requires significant professional experience working within the ACT government agency space and interpreting legislative frameworks. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, adaptability in communication, and excellent interpersonal, research, written, and oral communication skills are essential.
