Key Responsibilities:

* Training in various programs to support the daily operations of the business.
* Take phone calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service.
* Assist in the showroom to cover tasks as needed.
* Process sales invoices via e-commerce stores.
* Process returns and handle customer complaints efficiently.
* Create engaging digital media content, including social media engagement and content creation.
Requirements:
* Social media experience and proficiency.
* Inventory management skills are an advantage.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Honest, friendly, and punctual attitude.
* Contribution to our ever-evolving systems and processes.
* A good sense of humor and ability to adapt quickly.
* Proficiency in computer software and technology.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience in Inventory Management, Customer Relationship Management, and other relevant software.
* Adobe Creative Suite and Shopify skills are an advantage.
* Customer service and retail sales experience.
