Adding 100+ new businesses annually, we are at an inflection point. We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our core team and help us build the future of Delmont.
The Role
This isn't just "processing paper". You will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of approximately 300 commercial clients, providing full-service management while assisting the Directors with our larger, complex accounts.
You will be the "engine room" of the business, supported by the wider team, allowing you to focus on high-value advice and technical placement.
What you'll be doing:
* Portfolio Ownership:
Managing the end-to-end renewal cycle, endorsements, and enquiries for a diverse commercial book.
* Strategic Growth:
Working alongside our Growth Director to identify cross-sell opportunities and assist in winning new business.
* Process Improvement:
As a key member of a young business, you'll have a seat at the table to help refine our systems, tech-stack (INSIGHT), and client journey.
* Client Connection:
Getting out of the office. Whether it's a local site visit or a trip across the country, you'll be the face of Delmont.
About You
You might be a "corporate refugee" looking for more autonomy, or a rising star who feels capped in your current role.
* Technically Sound:
You have 3–5+ years of commercial broking experience.
* INSIGHT Native:
You are comfortable working within the Steadfast INSIGHT platform.
