As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee daily maintenance activities and drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement at one of Australia's leading dairy manufacturers.
* Lead and mentor a team of tradespeople and a planner to foster a collaborative work environment.
* Supervise internal trades and contractors to execute preventative and corrective maintenance.
* Oversee stream planning, cost reporting, and budget forecasting.
* Develop strong relationships with production supervisors and support services to maintain plant reliability.
* Drive change through CI programs, directed from senior management and own initiative.
* Maintain SAP data integrity and support CMMS workflows.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a team of tradespeople and a planner, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will also oversee the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as develop strong relationships with production supervisors and support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A trade qualification (mechanical or electrical) or tertiary qualification in engineering.
* Extensive experience in a maintenance or reliability role within FMCG or a similar industrial environment.
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
