Food & Beverage Attendant | Federal Hotel

The Federal Hotel is seeking energetic Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team for approximately 15 to 25 hours per week. Working across our busy bar and bistro, you will deliver exceptional customer service on a rotational roster.

To apply, you must be 18 years or older, hold a current RSA and have great availability to work flexible shifts across days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. Day in the life of a F&B Attendant

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink.
• Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, you're on the front lines, maintaining sky‐high standards.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You're a team player motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would be an asset.
