As Program Services Manager, you'll oversee the coordination and delivery of services at our Medicare Mental Health Centres in Coffs Harbour and Lismore, as well as our pop-up service in Kempsey. This role is pivotal in driving our vision, strategic planning, and policy development while ensuring best practice, timely, and holistic support for people accessing our services.
What You'll Do
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the local community and with key stakeholders.
* Provide oversight of programs, governance infrastructure, and continuous improvement across systems, processes, and protocols.
* Work closely with the Clinical Services Manager to lead a diverse team delivering comprehensive services to adults experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, crises, and addiction, as well as their families and caregivers using an inclusive "no wrong door" approach.

* Experience managing multiple, complex projects, including systems improvements and stakeholder engagement.

* Tertiary qualifications in mental health, health service management, or a related field (postgraduate desirable).
* Experience in cross-cultural settings, particularly with First Nations People.
* Demonstrated skills in budget planning and financial management.
