Senior Acquisition Specialist
The Senior Acquisition Specialist will lead product assortment and development across multiple sales channels, including Ear Alchemy, Bridal, SOLDERED, and seasonal collections.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Product Planning: Execute merchandise product strategies, develop range frameworks, and collaborate on new product development.
* Product Ranging: Define and implement tailored product assortments for all sales channels and maintain range boards.
* Buying: Forecast sales expectations, quantify initial purchasing quantities, and set retail pricing for new launches.
* Pricing and Promotions: Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, recommend promotional strategies, and devise price lists for digital and international markets.
* Marketing Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing on campaign planning, ensure product samples are available for shoots, and provide product recommendations for storytelling.
* Visual Merchandising Leadership: Own the VM process and product presentation strategy, creating guides for retail teams.
* Channel Management: Lead channel-specific ranging, including wholesale proposals and dropship assortments.
* Retail Collaboration: Partner with Retail teams to optimise product performance, provide stock recommendations and training, and gather customer insights through store visits.
