What you'll be doing
As an Account Manager, you'll manage and grow a $3.5m customer portfolio, building lasting relationships and delivering tailored print and marketing solutions that help clients achieve real results.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
* Present creative proposals that deliver measurable value.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Enjoy cold calling and developing new relationships.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
What you'll bring
You're personable, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
* A natural networker who enjoys connecting with new people and uncovering opportunities.
* Confident working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.
* Experience in print, mailing, branded merchandise, or print management (highly regarded).
* Self-driven and results-focused with excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in Excel and CRM systems.
* Most importantly — a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
