The Role

Key Responsibilities

* Work with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business outcomes.
* Develop and deliver training programs to help the team improve their skills and knowledge.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow and develop.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience managing teams in a global funds management or financial services business.
* Strong leadership, team management, and delegation skills, with a proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
* Investment management industry experience in a client service capacity.
* High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity.
* Demonstration of initiative, accountability, and a focus on delivering consistent quality work.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred.
