Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Support residents with mobility needs, ensuring safe movement and transfers
* Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary requirements and restrictions
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
* Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, observations, and care provided
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
