* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Vehicle Processing Centre, ensuring smooth workflow
* Improve state operational metrics by utilizing strategic business planning skills while managing risks
* Plan, lead and control all processing services to meet organizational requirements
You will manage a high-performing team through communication, engagement mentoring and empowerment. Key characteristics include reliability, drive and energy; minimum 5 years' experience in operational management; strong commercial acumen with financial management practices.
