To find out more visit our website at **.****MSS Security**MSS Security is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of government and aviation security contracts across Tasmania. This role focuses on strong leadership, operational delivery and maintaining high standards across multiple sites.**Duties include but are not limited to:*** Lead and support site supervisors and security personnel across multiple locations.* Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews and ongoing coaching.* Manage investigations and disciplinary processes where required.* Oversee incident response, reporting and escalation processes.* Identify risks and implement site specific security strategies.* Maintain strong relationships with clients.* Represent MSS Security in meetings and operational discussions.* Ensure accurate reporting of incidents, operations and performance.* Monitor compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements and contract obligations.**Ideal candidates will have:*** Prior experience in managing security operations.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple sites and clients.* Ability to resolve conflicts and risk management.**Requirements:*** Full Australian working rights.* Valid Tasmanian Security licence.* Valid First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).* Willing to undergo a National Police Check.* Availability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work outside these hours to accommodate operational requirements.**Master Licence Number:** 5784## **How to apply**MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.We are proud to:* be certified by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency,* be a partner and supporter of Veterans employment and honoured to have an endorsed INNOVATE Reconciliation Action Plan.
