Costco Lake Macquarie Part Time Position Rotating roster which will include weekend work and starts from 5am or finishing as late as 8pm.
Daily tasks and responsibilities:
Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service.
Checks cake order stand for special orders.
Pulls stock from freezer or cooler to fill merchandising area.
Depans, garnishes and packages baked cheesecakes and the full range of Costco cake products.
Places finished product on racks and transfers racks to cooler, freezer or wrapping area.
Checks production schedule for daily needs.
Processes all cakes following assembly instruction in Cake Decorating Manual.
Assists with other bakery duties as needed.
Provides prompt and courteous member service.
Keeps decorating area clean and explicit of debris.
Follows safety and security procedures.
Follows Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.
Completes and complies with Costco policies of Quality Assurance, Food Safety certification and all safety training required by warehouse and department.
Assists with monthly inventory.
Non-Essential Functions and Tasks:
Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary particularly Food Court and Deli
