Site Supervisor – Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations

Gia's Renovations is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Perth. This is a full-time, hands-on role overseeing the successful delivery of bathroom and kitchen renovation projects from start to finish. You'll be on-site daily, working closely with trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard, on time, and on budget.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and manage all on-site activities for bathroom and kitchen renovation projects
Oversee and coordinate multiple renovation sites at the same time
Supervise and schedule trades including tilers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other subcontractors
Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements
Manage day-to-day site operations, including deliveries, waste removal, and site safety
Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects running smoothly
Liaise directly with clients to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and installed as per project schedules
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site at all times
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in site supervision, preferably in bathroom and kitchen renovations
Strong trade knowledge and practical understanding of renovation sequencing and requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple renovation sites and coordinate multiple trades
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
Strong communication skills with clients, trades, and suppliers
Construction White Card and Supervisor Safety Training
Relevant trade background or qualification highly regarded
