With more than 50 years of industry experience, we specialise in delivering and maintaining large-scale heavy earthmoving fleets while maintaining an unwavering focus on safety, reliability, and our people.
We’re now looking for experienced Diesel Fitters to join our high-performing maintenance team at Middlemount Mine.

The Role
You’ll be part of a skilled maintenance team responsible for ensuring a large fleet of heavy mining equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and repairing CAT dozers (D10, D11) and other heavy mobile plant
* Carrying out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
* Diagnosing faults and completing breakdown repairs
* Performing component change-outs and rebuilds
* Working in line with site safety systems and maintenance procedures
* Collaborating with trades and maintenance personnel to maximise equipment availability
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic
* Experience working on heavy earthmoving or mining equipment
* Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Queensland Driver’s Licence
* Strong commitment to safety and team collaboration
