Casual Campus Store Customer Service – Balcombe Grammar
School Locker is one of Australia's largest education retailers and suppliers with more than 110 School, University, and Superstore locations across Australia. Our product range includes textbooks, stationery, technology, uniforms and more. We are currently looking for Casual Staff to join our team and support both Balcombe Grammar School staff and students with their educational resource purchasing requirements.
Responsibilities & Duties
We're looking for unique individuals who possess:
* Customer service skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable with POS and inventory management systems
* Capable of learning on the fly
* The initiative to direct the store across merchandising standards, sales execution, and direction from the support office
* Record keeping/administration skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to meet deadlines
Prerequisites
To be eligible for a role with us you must be;
* An Australian resident or have the right to work in this country.
* A current Working with Children Check holder or have the ability to obtain this credential prior to commencing employment with us.
* Available during store hours and our Back-to-School period (10th to 31st January).
