Job Description:
The Warranty Officer will be responsible for processing warranty claims to maximise recovery from equipment manufacturers. This role involves submitting claims in line with industry policy to ensure maximum recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process warranty claims to achieve the highest possible recovery
* Submit claims in accordance with manufacturer policy and procedures
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of claim allocations and administration processes
* Review denied claims for resubmission to achieve the best possible outcome
* Provide warranty training and support to internal teams, including remote branches
