To proactively manage all aspects of the Customer relationships, including Account Action plans, Contract negotiations and providing profitable share of wallet growth within the nominated Power Zone. The primary focus of this role is sales growth of our industrial gases and welding consumable products within a defined power zone by proactive account management, regular customer visits and value creation via customer specific solutions and partnerships. Responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to;
Adherence to BOC’s and industrial health & safety regulations Defend and Grow Powerzone customers. 70% Account Management & 30% Business Development Price and Contract Management. Ensure contracts are current and active. Proactively manage contract compliance Work effectively and prioritise busy workload to ensure targets are being met as expected Developing strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders Query resolution to customers’ expectation Teamwork

What Makes You Great
Strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiationThorough understanding of price and contract managementExcellent time management skillsExcellent Verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of energy and confidenceA positive attitude and willingness to learn and succeedResults focused approach and takes initiativeWelding, Fabrication or similar trade experience would be highly advantageousExperience in growing existing accounts and Lead Generation & conversions
