We’re looking for an organised Admin Manager / Personal Assistant to keep our building business running smoothly and support our Director. This is a flexible role (16-32 hours per week) that’s perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves staying organised, and wants to be at the centre of a busy, growing team.
What you’ll do:
* Be the go-to for suppliers, subcontractors, and staff
* Organise schedules for the Director and project teams
* Manage timesheets, invoices, and paperwork
* Help lodge notices, compliance forms, and other documentation
* Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments
* Track project progress and support admin processes
* Handle general office tasks and keep things running efficiently
* Occasionally assist with on-site coordination and follow-ups
About you:
You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You can communicate confidently with staff, clients, and suppliers, and enjoy taking ownership of tasks to make sure everything runs smoothly. Experience in construction or a similar industry is a bonus, but attitude and organisation skills are key.
