Key tasks and responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and maintain secure and scalable applications on the PHI Platform.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code for automation and deployment.
- Provide Tier 3/4 technical support including incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and service restoration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver high‑quality digital solutions.
- Ensure code quality through version control, peer reviews and adherence to development standards.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and project planning, including effort estimation and task management.
- Maintain technical training and user documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
- Support the development and enforcement of secure coding practices and data protection strategies.

About you

To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following selection criteria.

Essential experience and education

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Proven expertise in .NET (C#), front‑end web development, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including React) and JSON/web APIs.
- Experience working in Agile environments; relevant certification highly regarded.
- Background in organisations with structured software design standards, application frameworks and formal development training.

Employment Type

Full‑time Maximum Term contract for 2 years

Salary

Band 5 ($106k ‑ $124k plus 12% superannuation)
