The Role:
This is not a standard recruitment role. As a Franchise Recruiter at Eden Exchange, you sit at the intersection of sales, relationship management, and business development. You'll manage a portfolio of franchisor clients, to nurture inbound leads from enquiry to signed franchise agreement, while proactively expanding our network of franchisor partners.
You'll join a tight-knit, entrepreneurial team that genuinely celebrates wins. You'll also gain rare exposure across Australia's entire franchising ecosystem, working with brands from food and retail to professional services and beyond.
What you'll do:
* Manage inbound lead pipelines for multiple franchisor clients across the Eden Exchange platform
* Contact, qualify, and nurture franchisee candidates through the full recruitment journey
* Run discovery sessions and present franchise opportunities to prospective buyers
* Coordinate with franchisor clients to refine ideal franchisee profiles and close deals
* Identify new franchisor partnership opportunities and contribute to business development
* Track pipeline activity and conversion metrics via CRM, reporting to senior stakeholders
What you'll bring:
* 3+ years in sales, business development, recruitment, or franchise-related roles
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and pipelines concurrently
* Strong consultative selling skills, you guide, not push
* Genuine enthusiasm for the franchising and small business sector
* Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and video
* CRM proficiency and comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced digital environment
Ideal Background
We welcome applications from candidates coming out of franchise sales, business brokering, agency recruitment, B2B SaaS account management, or financial services, anywhere you've developed a habit of building genuine rapport and converting consultative conversations into outcomes. You don't need to have worked in franchising before, but you do need to love the idea of helping people step into business ownership.
We've been operating in the franchise sector for over 30 years, and we are currently operating in global markets and have Australian brands that we are taking international, and international brands that we are bringing to Australia. Through our global franchise partners, we can take brands anywhere in the world. Unlike other franchise recruitment groups with their associate model, we have boots on the ground in international markets.

We're looking for someone who understands franchising and who has been responsible for franchise recruitment or been a successful recruiter in their career. Although you have a team reporting into you, you will be an active part of the team and fulfil recruitment responsibilities.
Candidates must have 5-8 years of franchise recruitment experience to be considered for this position.
Deep expertise in the franchising industry is essential to succeed in this role.
