What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide person-centred support to participants in SIL homes
* Assist with daily living tasks — cooking, cleaning, personal care, and medication prompts
* Support community access, social inclusion, and life skill development
* Encourage independence and confidence in daily routines
* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high professional standards
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Support Workers with at least a Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
* Prior SIL or NDIS experience highly regarded
* Compassionate, dependable, and great at building rapport
* Hold a Current First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver’s Licence
* Committed to providing exceptional, consistent support
