Overview A global consulting company is on the lookout for an experienced ECBO Sales Director to drive business development and client growth in Sydney.
The right candidate will have a strong track record of building strategic relationships, lead complex sales cycles, and delivering high-value business solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities Lead business development and sales strategies to win and grow key enterprise accounts.
Identify, pursue and close large, complex deals that meet both client needs and organisational goals.
Build and nurture executive-level client relationships, establishing trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to design tailored solutions across Finance & Accounting (F&A;), Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Experience (CX).
Keep across market intelligence to spot emerging trends, competitor activity and new opportunities.
Support leadership with strategic planning, forecasting and revenue growth initiatives.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client engagements.
Skills and Experience 15+ years' experience in sales, business development or client leadership within enterprise solutions or outsourcing.
Solid understanding of F&A;, HRO, SCM and CX processes, with the ability to match solutions to client needs.
Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals and managing long sales cycles.
Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation and executive-level communication skills.
Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Workday, plus knowledge of RPA/AI tools is highly regarded.
Sydney-based, with flexibility and willingness to travel for key client meetings and events.
