Winarch Group is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead group finance operations and partner closely with the CFO to support strong governance, performance and growth across our multi‐entity business.
This is a hands‐on role suited to a technically strong, commercially minded finance leader who thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead month‐end, quarter‐end and year‐end close
* Prepare consolidated management reporting
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory obligations
* Manage audits and external advisors
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
* Oversee cash flow, working capital and financial controls
* Drive process, systems and automation improvements
* Lead and develop the finance team
About You
* CA or CPA qualified
* 8+ years' experience in financial accounting or controllership roles
* Experience in multi‐entity or group environments
* Strong technical and commercial capability
* Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
